Distribution: Through the Bordeaux négociant market

Vineyard and Wine-making

Blend: 90% to 95% Merlot and 5% to 10% Cabernet Franc

Yield: 30 to 35 hl/ha

Average age of the vines: 14 years

Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold soak for 3 to 4 days at 10°C. Vatting period: 2 to 3 weeks


Ageing: In French oak barrels, 50% of which are new

Duration: 12 months in barrel, 6 months in vat

Racking: Every 3 months, using a traditional bellow pump
